Shipping policy
Updated: 1 October 2026
1. Destinations and charges
Delivery is available for the products and addresses accepted at checkout. Availability depends on the product, variant and destination. A country appearing in the store’s country selector does not mean that every product can be delivered there.
Shipping charges are calculated from your basket and destination and shown before payment is confirmed. Products may use different shipping profiles, resulting in combined charges included in the total presented before purchase. There is no general free-shipping offer.
2. Fine Art prints
Prints are produced to order with our partner theprintspace / creativehub. This partner’s usual production and dispatch estimate is 2–5 working days; this is not a home-delivery estimate. Preparation may take longer for some finishes, including framing, or during busy periods. Any specific date or period stated for the product takes precedence.
Transit time is additional and depends on the production studio, carrier, destination and customs procedures. Framed and unframed works may ship separately. Working days exclude weekends and the relevant studio’s public holidays.
3. Fashion and accessory pre-orders
Products marked as pre-orders are not available for immediate dispatch. The collection currently advertised for early January 2027 is due to begin shipping from that period, in accordance with the product information provided at purchase. Transit time is additional to preparation.
Payment is requested according to the terms shown when ordering. If dispatch is postponed, we inform affected customers of the revised timing and their statutory cancellation or refund options. A customer’s silence is not acceptance of a delay where express consent is required.
4. Tracking and receipt
Dispatch information and, where available, a tracking link are sent to the order’s email address. Check your delivery address and report errors promptly. After dispatch, corrections depend on the carrier’s available options.
Additional costs actually caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer or an unjustified refusal of delivery may be charged only where the law permits. No punitive flat fee applies.
For a lost, damaged or incomplete parcel, contact julandmyra@gmail.com. Photographs may help. Failing to record reservations with the carrier does not remove mandatory consumer rights. For consumers protected by EU, EEA or UK law, we bear the risk of loss or damage until physical possession, subject to statutory exceptions for a carrier independently chosen by the customer.
5. Delays and delivery failure
We inform you when a delay affects your order. Estimates do not override agreed deadlines or statutory remedies. Where applicable law requires it, delivery must take place within 30 days of the contract unless a different period was expressly agreed.
If an applicable deadline is missed, statutory remedies remain available, including requiring performance within a reasonable additional period and then terminating the order and obtaining a refund if delivery does not occur. No additional period is required where the law permits immediate termination, including a refusal to deliver or failure to meet an essential agreed date.
6. Customs and import taxes
An order may ship from a country different from its destination. Unless expressly included in the order summary, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges requested by authorities or the carrier are not collected by Jul & Myra and may be payable by the recipient. Their amount depends on the country, origin and value of the goods; we do not guarantee that no charges will apply.
Taxes and charges that Jul & Myra is legally required to collect must be included or disclosed in the total before the order is placed. This provision does not transfer a seller’s statutory tax obligation to the customer.
